Corfu Destination Guide

Corfu is the northernmost island in the Ionian Sea and the westernmost part of Greece. It’s also the most popular Greek island among the British. Many believe it to to be the prettiest island and it certainly deserves its reputation as the ‘enchanted island’. Its many attractions include fabulous beaches; clear warm seas; good food; nightlife and stunning scenery.

Glyfada is often voted Greece’s top beach, while picture-postcard Pelekas is a half-moon crescent of sand backed by wooded hills. Sidari’s and Achavari’s shallow waters are perfect for families, and Aghios Gordios is also a popular family beach sheltered by pine-tree slopes.
